Jordan's 11-months!

Jordan is 11-months now and I am planning his one year birthday party! I'm deciding between two themes, so we'll see which one I end up doing. Jordan spent his first two weeks of being 11-months in California! Jordan did great at Disneyland and I'm excited to share all about that fun vacation.
  • Jordan is still screaming and it's hard to figure out what we can do to get him to stop. Sometimes I'll hear him babble on and encourage him to keep doing it. Hopefully he'll stop this phase soon.
  • Jordan is pretty much done with baby food. I don't think I've given him baby food for a month now. I'm using some the extra for a baby shower coming up, but I don't know what to use the rest for.
  • He is becoming a daddy's boy and gets so upset and screams if Scott doesn't pick him up or pay attention to him. He gets clingy when Scott comes home from work.
  • Jordan loves to play with Kylie and I can see him standing up for himself when they play. If Kylie pushes him over or takes a toy, he screams and goes to tackle her. It's actually pretty amusing to watch.
  • The baby story time starts in two weeks and I'm excited to start taking Jordan to that. I really think going helped Kylie learn certain things and I think it will help Jordan learn some stuff. There's a time on Thursdays during Kylie's preschool, so it works perfect to just take him there.
  • Not too much has changed since his 10-month post, but that could also be because when I wrote it, it was really close to him turning 11-months.
  • He takes two naps a day and his morning one is the most predictable. He always goes down about 2 hours after he wakes up, so it's nice to have that predictability. The afternoon one happens, but there's not a set time when it does.
  • Jordan's starting to become interested in books, but I don't read to him as much as I should. I need to get better at remembering to read to him as well.
  • Jordan loves to bounce up and down to music. He's got a good beat.
  • As always, love this kid to pieces and can't wait to celebrate him in a few weeks.
We were playing hide and seek.
Playing Just Dance.
Playing with the toys in nursery.
Plums are delicious!
He actually fell asleep while sitting on me! He doesn't do that anymore.
