On Thursday, the 15th, we headed down to the Seven Peaks water park in Provo to check out their North Pole Experience. We get free admission with our pass of all passes and we got lucky with warmer weather. It was a little drizzly, but being outside in the 50s is much warmer than the 30s. We were able to go with Brita's family and it was fun. We got there after it opened and it was the last day for pass of all passes holders to attend for free, so it did get pretty crowded later on. They had a little "train" ride that we did first and then we went sledding down the water slides. Kylie went with me and said "That was scary! I wanna do it again." Our pass allows us 3 rides for free, but since it got busy, we only did one ride. After that we waited an hour in line to go down the lazy river. Scott & I went together while Brita offered to take Jordan and Kylie rode with Dylan and Jocelyn. The boats were super tiny and so it was a little uncomfortable to sit in them. The line for that ride was double when we were done and so I'm glad we went when we did. We thought about seeing Santa, but we figured we'd see Santa another time and headed home. It was fun to check out, especially for free, but I'm not sure this is something we'll care to do again next year. Kylie & Jordan always have fun with their cousins though.
