Easter was full of fun and activities. Scott had to work through all of Easter, so we missed him. We spent the day before Easter having a breakfast with the Fletcher's and then having an Easter egg hunt at their house. We wanted to do the egg hunt that was at the breakfast, but we just barely missed it and so it was nice of Dean and Nadine to do one for the kids. Scott had clinical that morning, so he joined us in the afternoon and the kids had fun playing in the dirt pile and watching movies. We all had fun playing games and having an Easter dinner.
The activities we tried to do for Easter did not work too well. I wanted to make rice crispy treats and shape them into an egg, but the kids did not like touching the mixture too much. Also, dying eggs was a little hassle as well. Jordan spilled a whole cup of dye in just a few minutes and so I had to take over after that. Kylie really enjoyed getting to pick the color to dye the egg.
Easter morning was spent at church and then we came home and looked at our Easter baskets. We then headed to grandma's house for dinner and another egg hunt.
