The decision to attend the Utah State Fair was very last minute. I saw in a brochure for the fair that one of the main events was a circus act and one of the performers was someone we saw from the TV show America's Got Talent. His name is Bello Nock and he was so fun to watch on the show that I was excited to see that he was here in Utah. I then saw on Facebook that tickets were discounted on opening day. I told Scott and asked if we should go and he said let's do it. We had fun walking around and the kids wanted to touch everything at all the booths. We saw some animals, but the best part was the "working farm" they had for the kids. They went through and did farm chores and then got a treat at the end for working so hard. It was so cute the way it was set up and the kids had fun. We got a funnel cake and then it was time to go pick a seat for the circus show. It didn't start until 8pm, so the kids were a little tired, but they did good during the show. Bello Nock did his biggest act at the end and I'm glad we stayed the whole time. It was a fun family date night.
