First Trip to the Dentist

The day after Kylie's first day of preschool, we had another big event and that was Kylie's first trip to the dentist! She did so good and the dentist office is awesome. They had this cool play area while you wait, which is so nice as it makes waiting not stressful at all. We then went into a room with the dentist to discuss why we were there and if I had any concerns about her teeth. After that, they brought us back to the chair. The room was open and there were about 4-5 chairs next to each other. The dentist assistant brushed Kylie's teeth and they put on the movie Frozen for her. The T.V.'s are on the ceiling and so that helped keep Kylie occupied. The dentist then came to look and he said her teeth look good. She does have a small crossover bite (probably from her pacifier), which he said would be easily fixed with an orthodontist later. Kylie got a little goody bag and then got to pick out a toy from the treasure chest. I'm glad that everything went well and that Kylie was fine with the dentist looking at her teeth.

Later that evening, we headed to celebrate Andrew's 21st birthday. We had dinner, cake and ice cream. Kylie and Jordan love their uncle Andrew and are glad that he's close enough to play with often.
